His Engineering experience has been from companies in collaboration with International Tractor of USA and Mercedes-Benz of Germany. He has been a Regional Sales Manager with the Japanese firm Nippon Denro in India. He served as the Director for Imports – Exports and Sales in Kuwait, where he transacted business with clients from all over the world. His Real Estate expertise lies in the Commercial field, especially the Hospitality Industry. He has clients from Boston to LA whose business prerequisites range from sectors of commerce like Gas Station and Convenience Stores, Dry Cleaners, Fast Food outlets, Investment Properties, Hotel – Motel, etc. He also offers consulting to clients on Hotel Business Operation and Management and Investment strategies in Real Estate. His diversification in Residential Real Estate is strong in the Mid-South. As the Managing Broker and CEO of Advent Enterprises, Inc., a Real Estate Firm that caters to various aspects of Real Estate, offering to Affiliates an extensive training program not seen in the Industry. He devotes a major portion of his time providing social work for non-profit organizations in the Mid-South. He has served twice as the President and three years as Trustee of the non-profit India Association of Memphis Inc., the founder of India Fest, Inc. and the Regional Miss India USA Beauty Pageant. He has served on Memphis in May Steering Committees and has been a judge on their panels. He is also associated with the Memphis Council for International Visitors. He helps the Mayor’s Office of Multicultural and Religious Affairs and serves on the City’s Immigration Task Force, Title VI Committee and Public Relations Committee. With over a decade of service to Memphis and the Mid-South he feels to be a proud Memphian. He serves as a City Commissoner on the Memphis City Beautiful which is the oldest city beautification Commission in the country.
